Ms. Doan clearly violated the law. She was forced to resign. She road off into the sunset without a penalty of any kind. Political appointees tend to get asked to leave by the administration in circumstances like this...so the appointee resigns before any legal action occurs. Ms. Doan has a very poor attitude and you can plainly hear it in her answers.

What do these Democratic leaders in Congress see in the people they select to head all the committees?? Barney Frank, Rep. Waxman, and so many other pieces of crap. Incompetent douchebags who are getting us nowhere but keep getting reelected for some strange reason. Does Hilary have her own commitee as well?????

You know Bush will never fire her, and you know she won't resign, the Bush Admin does not think it has to follow the law, especially any oversight laws. So let's just skip to the next and only meraningful step..
Impeach Bush/Cheney.
We don'thave to sit here and accept their corrupt & unlawful behavior.
We have choices in this matter.

It's time to call for an across-the-board impeachment of Bush, Cheney and all their appointees. That is the only way to do it. Get them all at the same time.

Man, the audacity of some of these people Bush associates with. They seem to all think that they are above the law, beholden to partisanship, and that the ends justify the means.

When is Waxman just going to ask "Are you off your bi-polar meds?"
