Home Fries Quick and Easy Recipe:
* 4 to 5 potatoes raw or you can use left over baked potatoes
* Oil to cover the bottom of the pan that you use
* Salt and Pepper to taste
Notes: If you would like to jazz it up a little add garlic, onions, paprika, and parsley

  • 10 minutes cooking time... mine were still too hard after 45 minutes at 10 minutes they might as well not even be cooked

  • @nespith sorry about your Home Fries, did you cover them and how big did you cut them u?. If you cooked them for 45 minutes you are lucky they didn't burn the house down.

  • Great video. keep the skins some time its actually got some vitamins in it and its my favorite part!

  • @fishfrizbee Next time I cook the Fries and your coming to dinner I'll keep the skins on just for you and me. Thanks for the comment, stop by anytime. Have a wonderful week.

  • it took me forever to find a simple fried potato how-to. Thank you!

  • @KidBeanie Yes sometime keeping things simple is good to. I also fancy them up with onions, green peppers, little bit of ham or bacon, garlic, salt and pepper.

  • @humpingbird Not really..starchy veg require more salt then one would think..The big problem is she didn't use Kosher she used disgusting Iodine table salt..She also should have seasoned as she cooked..not all at once at the end..and I like to leave the skins on..lots of nutrients in the skin.

  • @humpingbird One cooking everyone should salt to taste, my husband doesn't use salt at all.

  • too much salt
