another thing worth mentioning is that if you "zip in" just a little more into the reactive follicules you should see a "starry sky" appearance made out of tingble body macrophages on the backround of lymphocytes and lymphoblasts
its a good way to distinguish from follicular lymphoma where those macrophages are absent

Thank you as well, but how do you treat this? I have lymphoid hyperplasia as well as a history of nonhoskins lymphoma...and cant wait to go to the doctor
