Just simple RPG knowledge mate ..
Higher level material , Armour , swords or items in general are usually there too give you a higher income and experience reward , and of course a high Armour score or productivity too progress further in the game more effectively.
Otherwise why would they give you the ability and not reward you for it.
Very deliberate.

okay its hard for mer to do this cuz everytime i go into an inventory my game freezes for about 15 seconds and its really annoying so if anyone knows how to fix this please let me know

Well , that would take ages.
Iv got a better and more entertaining way , level up by making the best Armour you can , whilst doing this you'll be able too purchase better perks for higher grade Armour's , When you gain these perks keep making best Armour you can , and repeat that process with each perk you level up and you'll make plenty of money and gain massive experience off it.
I found that when i made orkish Armour and jewelery i got too 100 in no time , plus you'll get very wealthy!

Another way is do this the same way but if you have high pickpocket you can steal back your gold then repeat it :D.
