  • It bugs the hell out of me that we have so many channels filled with rubbish (comedy or otherwise) and this man is not on tv with his own show.

His comedy wordplay and songwriting is exemplary and every so often he chucks in something so off-the-wall or a bit rude I laugh so hard I nearly puke.

Thank God for YT and cheers for the upload.

  • No problem and totally agree. Hope you enjoy the other Richard Digance episodes on our channel

  • Sad to say, but while people are "entertained" by the likes of X Factor and Britains got (very little) talent, truely great artists are falling by the wayside.

Richard had his own show on tv years ago and it was brilliant!!! Unfortunately, true artistic ability is not "in vogue" at the moment and therefore we are fed the absolute dross that the tv schedules are full of.

Richard, I have seen you many times live and you are, most definately, a genius and ADULT people miss seeing on tv!

  • Just come home from seeing him - absolutely fantastic!! He started off the show with this poem as a song.

  • For anyone that is interested Richard Digance is appearing at The Quay Theatre in Sudbury Suffolk this Saturday 3rd Sep. Box Office is 01787 374 745 :)

  • I miss seeing Richard on TV more, just have to grab small showings like when he's on Countdown. A wonderful talent who should have his own show, even if it was only a couple of times a year, it would be better than nothing.

  • Richard is an amazing wordsmith. His play on words and ryhmes and songs is second to none. People with any kind of talent like this are not recognised in society today. Its a shame. Pity there wasnt more people like him.

  • awesome video love it

  • It is so good to see loads of comments an no nasty ones. I only saw Richard once live and howled with laughter all night, that was in Reading many years ago. But as you so rightly say, he is brilliant and should have his own show again. Why do we put up with all the crap we have nowadays when we could be enjoying property comedy with RD and one or two others.

  • a classic guy but all the time we have the likes off moneybags shows like x factor and got talent we will never see the real stars
