@Demerr That's because Bethoven and Mozart conducted this kind of music to be the entirety of the art itself. The music you hear in this video was written to compliment the rest of the band; to serve as a backdrop that would give their music an epic, orchestral atmosphere. This music is simply the bread, whereas Mozart made the entire sandwich.
