    Ebert reviewed with his heart, Siskel with his head. Sometimes Ebert went astray, but sometimes he'd see a film as great before anyone else did. In this case Ebert's emotional disgust with the film caused him to give it a bad review. Gene was a cooler head. That's why they were the perfect combo.

    i was talking about why ebert doesn't like Lynch, think before you type, Eraserheas, Lost Highway, and Mulholland Dr. are 3 of my favorite films
