NH Ballot Law Commission holding unlawful hearings to decide Obama's eligibility for Presidency

Yes, Commissioner Jameson French, who is supposedly a Republican, made 4 contributions TO DEMOCRATS,, while being on the ballot law commission and that is against the law.

Civil Rights Act of 1866 which states:

What exactly did "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" mean to the framers of the Fourteenth Amendment? Luckily we have Sen. Lyman Trumbull, Chairman of the Judiciary Committee, author of the Thirteenth Amendment, and the one who inserted the phrase:
"The provision is, that 'all persons born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens.' That means 'subject to the complete jurisdiction thereof.' What do we mean by 'complete jurisdiction thereof?' NOT OWING ALLEGIANCE TO ANYBODY ELSE. That is what it means."

French's contribs. U forgot/misread 664:1 & 2.

"664:1 Applicability of Chapter. – The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all STATE primary, general, & special elections, but shall only apply to presidential preference primaries as provided in this section."

French was an alt until 7/11 & didn't make donations after that day. Alts can make donations; they aren't on the committee. He wasn't a commission member in the 2008 POTUS primary. See Gen Provision Section 665:1.

So, it's legal.

Horrigan gives the corrected dates on his site & corrects another 2 dates on the updated list. As an alt, French hadn't take his oath until 7/11. IIRC, he can B called 2 take his oath earlier if needed, but he wasn't.

I gave U the law & updated info. U care about accuracy, don't ya Tracy?

Finally, the law says that he couldn't donate 2 STATE candidates/committees. He donated 2 a Fed candidate & only B4 he was sworn in.

@funnyhaha71 WRONG I have the correct dates in my video w/the facts to prove it. French was EFFECTIVE on 10/6/2010. The reason the terms usually start in July is because that is when the prior commissioner's term runs out, but there were no prior commissioners. They all resigned, most likely because of the unfair panels, with FAKE (R)'s who are really (D)'s

That is why French was appointed, because the Governor had NO appointees on the commission and that's why his EFFECTIVE date is 10/6/2010

The term end dates for Dupuis & Torr R errors. Horrigan corrected them on his site, below the chart. Dupuis' & Torr's terms haven't ended. So, there's one Dem & one Repub.

About "same qualifications". That doesn't = "same political party"! As long as the commission, when hearing a challenge, is 3-2, it's good. This is why there R alternates! There R 5 Repubs out of 9 members! Even if you count French as a RINO, the rep of parties is equal. Seriously, Tracy!
