When you feel like you are comfortable with waist hooping, remember to reverse the direction of the hoop. Don't worry if your reverse direction is a lot more challenging. That's normal! Be paitent....this will become easier with time.
This was one of the first tutorials I watched, and I'm back to it. The first time I was impressed that you showed the control of the hoop by being able to nearly sit down and keep the hoop going. This time, I also like how you showed more of the side view. While we are supposed to push front and back, it's nice to be able to SEE it. I wish I could see more of it yet, though.
