holy, at 2:12 i see ANOUTHER HEISLER on a flatbed, does the owner have plans of what to do with it?

@trainlover479 There's not much left of that rusted hulk. The rusted hulk served its purpose as a donor loco to get & keep the Passumpsic #1 running.

Where exactly is this? I couldn't find any information online.

You aren't going to find much information on it. It's a private collection where it's hidden in a Vermont valley.

Does someone start up a generator turbine on the locomotive near the end?

Yes. That is the steam generator for the headlights. It's louder then it should be, but that was caused by improperly balanced bearings. That has since been fixed.
