Ingredients:
¾ cup butter, softened
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 ½ tsp. vanilla
2 1/3 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
¾ tsp. salt
12 oz. good quality chocolate, chopped
Preparation Directions:
~ Cream butter and sugars together on medium speed of electric mixer until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, beating until blended.
~ Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to butter mixture, beating well. Stir in chocolate chunks.
~ Drop by tablespoonful onto cookie sheets and bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 14 minutes. Remove to wire racks and cool.
