Sorry about the shaky cam! Had to share a little of our tropical weather here in Southern New England with everyone. We do get these high heat days in the summer but they usually don't last more than a few days. The current weather should cool down soon :)

  • I live in Massachusetts too and we have a windmill Palm Tree in our yard. Windmill Palm Trees can withstand temps down to -20 degrees.

  • @jccahen Really? That's pretty cool! I'll have to look into getting one of those someday :)

  • Hot as hell, got about 102 here in West Warwick....now we are all living in the Bahamas!

  • @NinjaCthulhu Haha! Too bad it's not as pretty here as in the Bahamas....well, at least we don't have to deal with banana hammocks.

  • 111 where i live.

  • @planetrockford Haha! No worries there, we can't drive on the beaches here and I'm going on a boat!!! Yay!!

  • @HimitsuRisu Ah yes you Americans and your coupons (wink). Have fun at the beach but don't get stuck in the sand as Shovelhead won't be there to dig your car out next time.

  • @NinjaCthulhu It is minus 15 down there Charles.

  • @planetrockford Lol! We were going to go to the coast today but it really wasn't going to be much better there either. Planning on it for next week though! Eh, we're kind of used to those prices now :p I get gas points at my local grocery store, I generally save about 50 cents/gal. and my little car gets pretty good mileage so that helps :)

  • 'Spanish Moss' is that slang for Cubans lol. Time to head to the coast on a day like that but can you afford the gas at those prices?
