@TheSAEkid It's a theory about how your sexuality evolves, falling in love with the parent of the opposite sex and trying to 'dispose of' the other one, but you can't and start feeling guilty so then you adapt to that parent's role and adopt the 'right' appropriate sexuality. The name originates from Greek mythology where this bloke killed his dad and fucked his mom, yeah, weird, tell me about it. It has many flaws and it's been disproved, but it has historical value and gives food for thought.
