I have adobe premiere pro 5.5, I can't find the green key effect.. Does it have another name, or isn't the effect there??

@simsspeaker I am working with Premiere Elements rather than Pro here. You might look for Chroma key filters. Perhaps the great and powerful Google can help here. LOL. Not sure what else to suggest.

can I use a regular paper or something like that???

Use anything that works. You might even find something at the dollar store that works like a lime green table cloth. Be careful to have good lighting and watch out for glare on the green screen. Good luck.

do I need green or could I use an another colour?

Use green with the green-screen filter. The green tends to be different enough from skin tones to filter it out. However, you can use other colors with the chroma-key filter. Some people use blue screen.
