VLC 1.1.4 WITH SHARPEN EFFECT ENABLED in Ubuntu 10.10(also work for Windows), best video player

Just enable this sharpen effect which is built-in VLC, and you will see huge difference in image clarity and sharpness ( better than Media Player Classic with sharp effect in Windows)

i cant get it to work in Mav. i tried reinstalling and no luck

@Treazurer One good tip :save after each selection (for instance, when you select sharpen effect click SAVE, then when you select 0.25 save again).

Remember to select hardware acceleration form Input and codecs/Use GPU acceleration .

MPC has no sharp effect. FFDShow has.
