They have idiots driving muni. Then the SFPD lies on the reports and omits witnesses favorable to the plaintiffs and comes up with lying witnesses to protect MUNI. If you ever get hurt onMUNI, get a bulldog lawyer who is not cozy with the SF City Attorneys office. The streetcars travel way in excess of the speedlimits so they could have more break time.

The main reason I always try to find a seat with my back in the driving direction, or, when there aren't any seats left, try to find a wall of some sort to lean against...
