Of course he wins. Brian is 10X stronger than the best crossfit, kettlebell person in the world. He clean and pressed a 400lb axle for three reps with a ton of power. The guy did just under a 2300lb total in his first Powerlifting contest (old school USPF)
i guess it is 60kg but it doesnt look that big...honestly i thought i was 60lb at first but i reckon he's just so big he makes it look that small lol. i could do 100lbs a few times one handed but i dont think i could do 60kg even once and if i could it would only be once lol.
wow, impressive stuff. compared to the other guys his technique is shoddy yet he throws out a load reps with pure muscle strength. What a genetic freak
Yea, and we should all squat 900, bench 600, and deadlift 900 raw, lift 130 pound kettles for perfect reps, run a 4.2 - 40 yrd dash, have a 30" vertical, and have 5%body fat. Too bad we can't be the best at every exercise; dang.
Is there a time limit, or do they just lift until failure? Thanks.
