  • music is not appropriate for such a "professional video" I couldn't concentrate because of the music.

  • This video showed that RTI is used and to help students at risk and help to prevent those students for being put into a special education program that they might not need. The teachers can use vairous levels of intervention to meet all of the students needs. The RTI consist of three tiers, Tier 1 is core interventions, Tier 2 is targeted group interventions and Tier 3 is intensive, individual interventions.

  • RTI is for students who are at risk. Teachers need to catch at an early age. Teachers use various levels of interventions to determine a child's progress on academics, social, and behavoriol.

  • Video gave a great definition for RTI. The main purpose of RTI is to identify at risk students early so they can receive the appropriate modifications to assist their learning process. The earlier students with problems are recognized the higher their chance of success are. It is important for various levels of interventions to be established. Loved the method of using a powerpoint and music to explain. It made watching the video easy. The video could be paused to read information.

  • This video really helped to elaborate on some of the main premises of RTI. This video emphasized the importance of assessment being used throughout the learning process. Assessment must be done many times throughout the year and through out the RTI process. It also talked about if RTI is implemented correctly that authentic learning will occur. RTI's main purpose is described as helping at-risk students to not become Special Education students. This video had good information for all teachers.

  • Response to Intervention is also a philosophy that encompasses alternative evaluation which utilizes value interventions coordinated to student requirements, tied with influential assessment to gain data over time to make significant educational decisions.

This video is a wonderful teacher's aid ! great info

  • RTI was recognized at the Federal level as one of the options that school can used to target students with disabilities. This is great; students can monitor at an early age. .

  • This video broke down the tiers even more and gave insight to how many students are serviced in the tiers and that it doesn’t mean special needs and in fact only a few go on to receive special needs services.

  • Interesting! The print color is difficult for me to read and stay motivated to finish (slightly colorblind). Nice job, though!
