@MrNoPainNoGain you dont have to use the resistance bands during this workout. you can use hand weights. bob explains more within the video.

Buy this DVD I 100% recommend it, but I have to warn you, in this clip they are showing you the easiest parts, I hate Bob Harper in the good way, because the level 2 its so hard, Im telling you I sweating like a pig and all my body is sored in about two days doing the level 2, so that means its awesome, cuz it works...peace and thanks Bob Harper
