Regulatory Update: 401(k) Fee disclosure Update

August 25, 2011— Regulations governing the disclosure of 401(k) fees are moving closer to implementation according to Craig Hoffman, ASPPA's General Counsel and Director of Regulatory Affairs. Craig, good update. Thank you. My personal opinion...I think both you and Brian should wear ties when filming these videos. As our leaders and "answer men," I think a tie with a jacket is aesthetically much more appropriate and, frankly, more professional. These videos are so professionally done, with the content delivery and the presenters and all, our leaders can go one more step and wear a tie. Thank you, Scott W, CPCQPA
