sikh is 1.98% of total indian population yet 40% of Indian army are sikh Muslim are 17% of indian population yet only 2% are in army coz Muslim are loyal to their relegion only and as you know pak is biggest enemy of india which is islamic country thats why Indian Muslim dont join army Muslim are not patriotic at all and Sikh are exact opposite they are defending india from long time still is and will be 4ever
@destihado1 Oddly enough bagpipes were used by Persians before Christ and possibly even earlier than that by Egyptians. But, you're right, it is British influence reflected in this army. I am reminded of Gunga Din and how he was portrayed as a dirty peasant to the British officer's valiant supposed superiority. I love the horrid sound of bagpipes which I cannot explain. =)
@MrCarflipper Agreed. But it looks kinda sad you know. A rich culture thousands of years old, using scottish bagpipes in ceremonies and thats just a fraction of the british influences there. Not being political or whatever, its just strange.
@destihado1 I think you are right, but I think it is alright for Canadian, Australian and New Zealand troops to carry on with the bagpipes as they still retain the Queen.
sikhs are enough to wipe out the cat shit- PAKISTAN outta da map.... may PAKISTAN recieve hell after it dies.... ALLAH- punish pakistan frm all diff. ways!!!!
