Shasta came out with some incredibly sick commercials during the 1970s, all of them shown during Saturday morning kids shows on network television. This one is arguably the most memorable because I just can't seem to shake it out of my head. Must've been the 3D effects of 0:26. Note Barry Williams threatening to tsunami the cameraman.

This thing looks like they took their cue from Monty Python.

this is like a variation on "rocky horror picture show," with barry as dr. frank-n-furter.

@UnnecessarySarcasm I've driven past your mountain!

So how is this any better or worse than a good Faygo ad? I was a teenager and I drank Shasta...still do!

My name is Shasta, and I approve this message(: (no seriously, my name is Shasta.:P

When I was a kid in the 80's, you could find Shasta cans sometimes on sale for like 8 for a dollar. No kidding.

Great video
"Desperate for work"? As if there's something wrong with an actor doing a commercial? Please, learn something about the acting business before you mouth off.

@DLCKingsoup If you're Barry Williams, I apologize. Still seems like you could have gotten something better than this at that point.
