To all you haters - you're just ticked because it works and you can't do it. Are you yogis that hate? Because if you are and then go on here and criticize then obviously you have no idea what yoga is..
@loveisthelaw20042004 Union only through meditation. yoga it sure as to do with asnas to some extent ,. Asanas were introduced by lord Krishna himself to prepare body to sit longer in mediation which is union, if u dont have ur spine straight or cant sit comfortably in lotus pose how will u meditate or connect?
@CassTheIntern Hiya, I did bikram and about three to four times a week for six months and I can tell you it definitely makes you lose weight and tone up. With the mixture of detox through sweat and the strengthening and stretching you basically couldn't NOT lose weight. I saw my family every sunday and they were saying I was shrinking from week to week! It is great for much more than weight loss, good luck!

YOGA means UNION! Has nothing to do with asana really. Bikram practice is just exageratted gymnastics. Not yoga.

Me too. I lost 14 pounds in a mere 4 months. My life is clearer, simpler.....more joyful....am healthier and less needy. Love this yoga.
