  • I am a big fan of the new IC's, but nothing beats a 360. I wonder if I can get a 360 into an IC CE?

  • @dajara521 If you can, let me know! What a combination that would be. For the newer buses on the market today, I'll agree with you... the IC CE is hands down the best bus on the market. If only you could get it with the good old 360, or even the Cummins. I drive a Blue Bird Vision for my route bus, and I miss the CE I used to drive. The only thing I like about the Vision is the Cummins under the hood. The rest of the bus is very poorly designed and out of date.

  • I am considering buying an ambulance with a dt360 in it. How do you like it?

  • The 360 is arguably the best engine that International ever made. I love it. It's ultra reliable. Some of them weren't that fast, but it will always start right up, even in the cold weather (even with no glow plugs), and get you where you want to go. The bus you see in the video is a racehorse. It sat unstarted from the beginning of July until the third week of August. It fired right up for me. I took it on a 200 mile trip last Friday and it performed flawlessly.

  • @grnthmb55 thank you very much. i am worried about gas.

  • If you're talking about fuel mileage, you can expect around 8 mpg in town and 10-11 on the highway.

  • You know what engine sounds like the DT-360? The DT-408. I've seen a video of one on here. The 360's a 5.9L and 408's a 6.7L. But both sound the same.

  • I'd like to see more of this bus. Gotta love the classic birds

  • Yeah, there were some 360's put in '94 model year buses. Bluebird has always been famous for jumping the gun with model years.

  • we must have got one of the last ones cause one of the buses in our county is a 94 according according to the blue bird model year and date thing and i know its a dta 360 cause of the sound of the bus and the dash and interior
