@formeliandialogue Good point. That's a point our hang 'em and flog 'em friends posting here seem to miss out on. As soon as they bring borstals back, there will be a series of get-out clauses that will allow middle class kids who get caught nicking cars, pushing drugs or whatever to get probation, suspended sentences etc. while poor kids will do three years for shoplifting a packet of biscuits
