For Christmas, my mom made tamales. They are soooooo good, yet so bad (for you), but it's ok. We only eat them a few times a year.
What you'll need:
Chicken or Pork
Eggs
Tamale mix
Peruvian Panca Peppers & Yellow peppers (optional)
Olives
Banana Leaves
Garlic
Salt
Cumin
and a lot of time
For the side onion salad:
Red onions (thinly sliced)
1 or 2 limes (juiced)
Peruvian peppers (chopped and optional)
salt & pepper
