@perfumeyou That would be Pho seasoning pack. You can get it at any oriental market. It's mixed seasonings. The big "tea bag" is included inside. Pour the contents in to it, tie it off, and drop it in the pot.

ok I don't speak Vietnamese , but what brought me to Miss Cathy Ha was I typed in authentic pho how to's and recipies and she was recomended so would anyone please put down the ingredients in English please it would be much appreciated!

I wish when people posted recipe videos in other languages but with English titles...that they'd include the ingredients list in English. I can figure out most of it but the little things can make a huge difference. Guess it's on to the next recipe.
