Options for blisters... Mole Skin + Lubricant on the heel socks and inside of shoe.. blister sock... or double sock

Who caresn if we call them shoes cleats or boots. they technically are not boots . Boots are the shoes with working charcteristic or a winter boot. Its nor a cleat. The cleat is a stud. so what we should call it is a shoe with cleats. I say cleats cuz saying boots in canada people dont really know what you are talking about.

they can be tight or loose depending on what size you get. If you want them tight, order down a 1/2 size, or if you want them loose, order your regular size
