Let's be serious; nobody wants to use a mouse, or, a pen, with his/her arm hung in the air.
The basic problems with the traditional pointing device - computer mouse are many; one of which is the need to move the hand between (using) the mouse and the keyboard, which this product would exasperate greatly. But if the flexibility and conformt are sought, I prefer the V-Mouse from Salient. It works even on soft srufaces, like a pillow.
