Ideally located, Iris beach offers the best base for those wanting to seek what Malia is all about and yet it is built in a quiet residential area with most of the units having sea view. Relax by the pool bar or in the main bar of the hotel called Oscars with excellent food during the day and delicious cocktails at night. The property consists of 19 Units: 10 Apartments & 9 Studios all with refrigerator, direct dial telephone, private bath with shower, balconies or terraces, kettle, safety deposit boxes (extra charge), A/C(extra charge) and cooking rings

Location
Iris beach is ideally located just 30 meters from the golden, sandy beach of Malia right on the bottom of the bar street where you'll find all of the hottest bars of Malia and everything else that you could possibly want from the resort is close at hand and 20 minutes by car from the International Airport "Nikos Kazantzakis" in Heraklion. Excellent value for money self catering apartments in a central location.

Features
Facilities at Iris Beach include a swimming pool, billiard table, internet corner, free wifi access. Oscars bar serving delicious breakfast and food all day and very cheap drinks for our guests with really good offers at night, it's a good spot to start your nightout. Also there are private tv's where you can play ps3 for free or watch football games or films.

"Inbetweeners"
Malia is the place where they are shooting their new film and Iris beach proudly helped the production making the film. The cast were using some of the rooms for changing and the actors used to come after shooting for few drinks and a game of pool in Oscars bar almost every night during their stay.
