● For high productivity and full automation.
● The system does automatic cutting of vinyl profiles, support steel screwing, routing, milling and all drilling-marking operations for PVC windows and doors manufacturing. All these processes are done inside this one machine and controlled automatically by SIEMENS computer system with an optimization program.
● The support steel screwing is done automatically on the conveyor system.
● The drilling and milling operations are done in two different stations.
● Increased capacity by dividing routing and drilling processes into 2 different parts.
● Stores 10 uncut profiles (6.5 m long each) in its cartridge system for automatic feeding.
● Automatically clamps the profiles horizontally and vertically and then feeds them to the machining center.
● Manual barcode labeling which provides full integration with four corner welding and CNC corner cleaning machines.
● Cuts at various miter angles (straight cuts and up to +/- 60 degree cuts).
● Performs end-milling operation on mullion profiles. (holds two cutter-stacks).
● Performs automatic support steel screwing.
● Performs automatic weep hole (drain slot) routing at 3 different locations.
● Drills triple handle holes and does copy routing.
● Performs up and down gasket cutting process in order to protect the gasket from the saw.
● Fully integrates with the window design program.
● Processes 500 different profile types.
● Transfers scrap profiles to collection container by its automatic conveyor system.
● Reduces the labor cost, increases productivity and profit.
● Capacity: varies with the process quantity. Min 180 windows / 8 hour shift. Max 200 windows / 8 hour shift.
