I've found it very supportive to, if I have a thought about making a video, to write it out completely and apply SF, verify that the point is clear and that there is no energy or thoughts that I'm allowing to influence me, and then make the video from a clear starting point.

Before doing these videos I have experienced a bit of nervousness - but I do not give it to much attention and I just start speaking.

Will apply self-forgiveness on this point to clear myself from all energy.

though, mabye, also look at the point at picking a word for instance and then talk about that. within that there is also no planning but you express yourself in the moment about what the topic is. that is maybe another perspective to take into consideration. dont be to hard on yourself Joao, lol. but yes, i see where you are getting at in the video. But thinking about what to say is already a fuck-up isnt it?

But that is what I do -- I know what is the topic / realization. But the point is to not plan what I will say. I have a list of videos to make, but I will not think what I will say.
