I always have respect for people who can draw that good with a mouse.

But you said "This is like such a laborious and pain-staking way to draw a cartoon. Why not pick up a website and your mouse and right click coby it?" So if no one wanted to go through the labor in making anything new, would anything be accomplished? There wouldn't BE art in the world. And yeah some people take images and use them and give credit to the owner, however there are many people who don't want to actually create, and just want credit that someone else deserves. That is stealing.

@prowl126, ms digital image suite, but I use photoshop now is much better, this program takes up a lot of memory.

@Mallegay, the microsoft website, look for ms digital image suite, but let me tell you that this program uses a lot of memory, if you want photo editable you have to save as png format which are big files, photoshop is better.
