The first guy out of the locker room at the very beginning of this video, in the blue shirt, glasses, and white hair is Julian Smith. He was my basketball coach at Oberlin College. Coach Smith led us to the Ohio Athletic Conference Tournament Championship when we upset Wittenberg University in 1970.
Julian Smith was named the OAC Coach of the Year that season. He is a great coach and a great man. Hat's off to you, Coach!!
