I love this, but I can't believe a high school would allow this in an assembly. This is like something out of a teen/high school movie.

This is Roosevelt High School. I graduated from there in 2006 and I was in the "flex-off" and I tore that s..t up might i add.anyway It's not a contest of any sort. It is just an end of the year event for the students who had weightlifting as one of their elected classes. Both the guys and girls flex in the event and the whole high school is invited. It is something that motivates everyone in the weightlifting classes to actually exercise throughout the year instead of just slack off in class.

That is great! I think it is a terrific idea. I wish all schools would perform such a demonstration of their endeavours. It must build pride and confidence in the students accomplishments.
