  • LOL MAYBE THEY SHOULD OF PRAYED MORE

  • why isn't anyone commenting on the stupid old man who dropped the statue in the 1st place?

  • @Micki1958

Well, you just ignored and avoided my response. But go ahead and ignore you hypocrisy since you obviously can’t defend it.

No such thing as EX-Catholic IMHO. IF and when the Holly Spirit gets hold of your hand he never lets go, EVER.

God forbade the worship of statues, not the religious use of them, as evident in Ex. 25:18–20, Ez. 41:17–18, Chr. 28:18–19, Num. 21:8–9 etc.

Next times please comprehend the WHOLE Bible before trying to use it against its owner ;)

    God Bless!

  • @micki1958 ameennn! thats a spirit of idolatry

  • Lev. 26:1 Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the LORD your God.

Worship of the living God never includes images of His creation. He specifically prohibits bowing down to images. I've seen many people bow to images of Mary. Its an excercise in futility to deny His Words & do the opposite.

  • @CroAmerican 1st I'm an ex catholic & not ignorant of their traditions. If you are in church to worship God who the Bible says is a spirit, why is there a neccesity to have a statue of one of His creations there? If its not there for veneration which is a form of worship why is it there at all? Rather than immersing yourself in mans traditions get into the Holy Scripture. Its a real eye & heart opener!

    a) That was not Jesus who said that

    and

    b) Who said that the stature was being worshiped?

    God Bless!

  • @Granity123

Correct, which is why you can only be declared Saint after death (in Catholic Church). You are the one who is "misguided" I'm afraid.

    God Bless!

  • @WineRex

We (Catholics) DO NOT worship idols. Now, what does “Lord” say about those who falsely accuse others?

    God Bless!

  • @Granity123

We (Catholics) DO NOT worship Mary or anyone/anything other than God himself. Maybe you and those “bringing you up” did, but that would make you non-Catholics I’m afraid.

There is a difference between worshiping someone and asking someone to speck to God in your favor or to help you serve him better.

What is the wording in “Hail Mary”? Go on; show me the “worshiping” part in it? Want to have a go with some “Engel” prayer? I’m all ears.

    Please stop distorting our Faith.

    God Bless!
