Not too impressed with this after just listening to the Bayonetta soundtrack. Vocal tracks in that game put this to shame.

@assgoblin2damax I don't think it's fair to compare both (great) soundtracks. Bayonetta being a fast paced action game, the vocal tracks are higher tempo and punchier. NieR's vocal tracks are calmer and more emotional.

NieR's soundtrack mostly contains vocal themes with made up lyrics that are based off real languages. This one seems like it's based off english.

such a nostalgic feeling...people really need to play this game. Come on people. 15 dollars used at gamestop for such a great game with compelling music, memorable characters, intense cutscenes, and such an emotional storyline. its the best rpg that sadly no one played. highly recommended

They tried to make it sound like if the song was floating around for 1000 years in the same language. And its kind of a weird, but amazing thing.

Whenever I play a game that has a mechanical-like dungeon, the music is usually not memorable at all. This game on the other hand....
