  • I got Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle in early Sept. 2007 and have been on the program (nearly to a "T") for the past 8 weeks. I was 212lbs. when I started. As of today, Thursday Nov. 1, 2007, I am 197 lbs. I have monitored my fitness results along the way and my energy level has increased (I have to trouble working out twice a day now!) and the weight loss is has been Body Fat, not Lean Muscle.

    I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK!!
