  • this has haunted me from 1970 use to hear it played but it was never a big hit ..better than the rubbish about then and now!

  • Love this song, my dad used to sing it to me and I used to follow the words on the back of the black album. Will always bring back lovely memories

  • such a great chillout song wow

  • This song takes me back to my first ever open air concert in Woolacombe in 1970. We were waiting for the bands to start and this was played over the pa system. I fell in love with the song and it evokes such memories of seeing FREE play live, supported by MAN and AMAZING BLONDEL. Enjoy...

    One of my favourite songs!

  • @nitrammmah

Wow how lovely! What a lovely person I feel isn't it wonderful when that happens!

  • Love your songs thank you so much :)

  • I saw Labi at The Stables in 1979 and again in Leicester in 2008. Got to speak to him and he signed a couple of my albums. Love him. He is such a lovely person.. His music sums him up. I wish I could write a song and dedicate it to him, but it wouldn't be as beautiful as his compositions.

  • great song writer from a great decade, when music was nice to listen to.

  • The great thing about this song is that no one else could cover it, so thanks for posting it, brings back so many happy memories

  • just something simple and lovely about this.

Saw him play in Belfast around 1972/73.

    great talent
