Firstly, thank you for all the wonderful videos and tutorials that you put on both youtube and your website - they've been extremely helpful.
My question is what kind of music do you play to relax your clients. Do you have any favorite CDs or artists? I don't have much soft music in my collection so I would really appreciate some advice on what to get.
Also, I posted this question on one of your videos, but is it alright to use straight grapeseed oil for massage (like the kind you buy at Trader Joes or Whole Foods), or does it have to be specially made for massage?

Sincerely,
Helena

  • I really like african sounding music. My instructors just tell us to keep the BPMs under 60-70 and keep it Vocal/Lyric free. I'm not the type to just buy cds based on the title, so I definitely will have to look around to find something I really love and that will inspire me to do great work.

  • What is this nonsense about the AMTA telling us what kind of music we can play... freakin nazis!!!

  • Great music sources, thanks!
