mesti ada sebab kenapa Malaysia memilih untuk berurusan dengan Russia berbanding US. Kitan kena tengok setiap pembelian mesti ada faktor yang membuat kita memilih sesuatu. Mungkin Russia dapat memberi kita lebih kelebihan berbanding US.
