Platform for Change Meeting, Manhattan

These meetings are part of an historical moment - the first time any political party has opened up the Platform process to all Americans. And the NYC meetings are the largest and arguably the truest to the original concept of this "Platform for Change" initiative. The NYC meetings were formatted as public hearings, where participants had the opportunity to testify on the issues of importance to them and to make recommendations for items to be included in the Democratic Party Platform.
