he has a giant blind spot in his crotch and all his attacks are blockable if you just facefuck his crotch the entire time

@MrTitanosaurus Super easy using your tactic bro, except I just kept on going back up the ladder and doing jump attack, 3 Times with resin and once without it took at level 13 with 11 str as a sorcerer, cheers!

@rubberchimp99 because after killing the taurus demon you get a ladder that leads back to the last bonfire

I killed the Demon....then got fired to death by that dragon! why isn't there more bonfires!!!

Or, or, listen me, before entering the area and climbing the full set of stairs, go back, pick up the Gold Pine Resin and the Black Firebombs, go back, kill the archers, add the resin to your weapon, draw him, climb the stairs, do a plunging attack and it takes 2/3 of his life. Then, just hit hm with Black Firebomb and hes done :)
