started with teathered training, tandems, pratice launch and landing techniques and tows leading up to my first high flight.

Yes Victoria, well worth it. Sabastian and Carlos train hardout and very thorough. Try a tandem flight first up and build on the thrill, they will assess and give you a super programme to make it happen...cheers and happy wings - Mark
