MST3K Hour 317-Viking Women And The Sea Serpent

The host segments from the short lived Mystery Science Theater Hour hosted by Mike as "the Host" ala Jack Perkins. Episodes of MST3K were cut in half with these "bumpers" put at the beginning and end of each half so that the show could be easily syndicated.

The problem with these little vignettes at the end is the credits occupy SO much of the screen that it's often hard to tell wtf is happening. I'm guessing ol' Jack choked to death on a bit of stale waffle but it's hard to be certain.
