Castlevania Symphony of the Night Boss Rush: C-RAD vs Medusa

Medusa is a very interesting boss. She has alot of HP, and is the only boss that tries to turn you to stone, and shot lightning at you. If this hits you it'll jack you up big. She also has a shield that'll block every sub-weapon available, and a sword that's pretty good at keeping Alucard away. I have two methods of defeating her. I performed both in the video for good measure.

Method one: Get as close as possible to her, duck, then start whacking her. If you get close and duck, you'll avoid her stony gaze and she can do nothing but back up into a corner where you can eventually trap her by repeating the process over again and then she's screwed. However, like I said she's good at keeping Alucard away so this may be difficult for some people.

Method two: Since Sub-weapons are pretty much useless, except the powder I think, I reccommend using magic, particularly the HellFire spell. When you use it teleport directly over Medusa, so Alucard's like super-imposed over her, and hold up on the D-Pad to summon the big volcanic-like fireballs. These'll take a second to form and well hurt Medusa as they do since Alucard's right over her. These'll also probably do alot more damage than your normal attack and will hit her six or seven time with one use of the spell. Sure you'll get hit, but it'll be nothing compared to the damage you dealt her.

@joeyjumper94 I believe she's saying "down" when she uses her stone stare and "I'm petrified" when you kill her.

When she's shooting her beam, she's saying "STONE!" , when she hits you she says "Get Down!" , when she dies she says "I'm petrifying!!"
