  • @donny29dsm Well, they were bred to be chinese guard dogs- so......... the perfect loyal/protective friend! Tho, better introduce them to lotsa strangers tho, or they may become TOO protective & bite people

  • They look like living teddy bears... SO CUTE!!

  • I had a black chow chow puppy when i was a kid and he was one of the most loyal protective dogs i've ever owned.I highly recommend one as a pet as long as you don't mind a lot of dog hair everywhere!

  • hahahaha.....tagalog kayu???!!!!!!! LOL....

  • nag-sesell kayo? nag hahanap ako ng chowchow para sa christmas ehh bibilhin ako ni dadi... kung ibebenta mo saakin yan, nasa fairview ako

  • @CyworldOfficial1 You will have your hands full but they are very intelligent and take to commands quickly. Just don't look at them as a cute little fluffball. Imagine him/her at about 80 lbs and how you want the behavior. You'll have a best friend for life with a chow!!! :o)

  • @Dontjudge4life oh thank u so much...are they trainable?...its going to be really my first to raise a pet and i chose chow chow

  • @CyworldOfficial1 They have to be raised/rehabilitated with respect for their size. The accepted behavior from a small dog is seen as "fierce" or "mean" from a large breed. No dog should run off from you, chase people down the fence line, jump at or on people. We had 4 chows during my pregnancy and they were very protective of my tummy. They slept around my son's bed...alerting me if he started to cry. He is now 20 and learned to stand by pulling up on those chows....NEVER one issue :)

  • @Dontjudge4life are they really aggressive??? they say they turned u back on...

  • @msowolfy Any breed can be vicious. I've raised Chows for years and yes, they are a protective and loyal breed but their outgoing temperament is a result of how they are raised. It is best to get a puppy, however, with proper training of the Human, a cranky Chow can completely be rehabilitated. The mistake is people wanting to wrestle, play rough, and/or use as a watch dog but also want them to be mild tempered. I've rescued several chows over 2 yrs of age. They are GREAT :)
