A commercial for the City of Bridgeport. Created by Turbine Advertising http://turbineboost.com in CT - in a collaboration with Mayor Bill Finch's office and the Bridgeport Regional Business Council (BRBC). Yes, Bridgeport has its challenges. But there are so many surprisingly great things to do in Bridgeport - events at Harbor Yard , restaurants, bars, beaches, the Beardsley Zoo, The Bluefish, the Sound Tigers special events like Gathering of the Vibes, the list goes on and on. This spot was created to point out the fact that the average person is not aware of all the positives Bridgeport has to offer. UDirect was the Production Company. Voice Over: Dave Pettitt.

  • Bridgeport is not all bad, but it's not THIS. I mean shoot I lived there since birth, like 20 years ago, and I feel like this is a mis-interpretation. Plus I don't feel like there's enough latin@s and asians and black people in here, I'm pretty sure we don't have this many white people.

    "Surprise, It's Bridgeport"

  • I did security in bridgeport and majority of us had bullet proof vests....this city needs a 180 badly

  • A place where you can get shot at while walking past an abandoned factory with boarded up windows.

  • For some reason they didn't show the abandoned factories, dirty power plants, and trash-strewn streets.

  • @highlordexecutioner pill heads? really? since when do you scrutinize where every nationality lives? you must analyze every chop then..

  • @highlordexecutioner actucally no, i wasnt even born in Bridgeport. I was born in California and moved to Black Rock four years ago :) And of course and ignorant dumbass like you would associate my nationality with that. And Portuguese people have made their way up. We were once at the bottom of the chain but as you can see, there are hardly any "pork chops" living in the hollow now. Its called improving over generations asshole.

  • @byebyerepugs how is Pork Chop racist? but I guess @highlordexecutioner I am gonna assume your a wanna be mafioso with that name so its like if I got called a WOP for being Sicilian.........not cool! SOO I am sure that,Maybe Pork Chop would not be so bad in a place not populated by Portugese, Puerto Ricans, Chinese, and fat people, but given BPT's demographic of a high percentage of all the above etc etc.Not good!

  • Oh wow, I haven't heard the derogatory "pork chop" since I left CT back in 1986. Racists like you make me feel thrilled I no longer live there and am on the tolerant West Coast.

  • @portuguesasempre figures a pork chop would leave this comment..........you nasty motherfuckers are part of th the demise of this once great place. Half your dirty people live in one of the worst parts of bpt..... THE HOLLOW.

Your kids are all pill heads..........DIE
