If adrenaline pumping extreme sports is your thing a holiday in The Canary Islands is a must! I visited Fuerteventura's Flag Beach popular with windsurfers, Kite surfers and lots of spectators like me soaking up the atmosphere and catching a few rays in the fantastic Canarian Winter sun.
Kite surfing has taken Fuerteventura by storm and on Flag beach you can watch beginners and professionals side by side with only a few tangled kites every so often.
Suitable for all ages and with Flag beach being so long so beginners can always be taught in quiet area this sport is a great thing to pick up while you are in Fuerteventura. You can Kite surf in inches of water so it great for those who don't like going out too deep. I must admit I want to go back to get some lessons. So what are you waiting for? Head over to the Canary Islands and get in the water!

Been to that beach, amazing golden sands  - Fuerta has the best beaches in the canaries -definately
