@LfunkeyA Have you actually read the cast interviews? The movie was entirely serious. The cast starred in the movie because they were all either friends of Tommy's or theatre students trying to get a break. You'll probably find almost every celebrity starred in a piece of shit movie at some point, the difference here is that The Room became widespread.
